Once you have registered with e-Nable 360, you will have access to two lists:
- the list of pending requests.
- the list of prototypes to be designed, built and tested.
You can select up to three devices, and have access to all the information about them, and about the person who requested them.
Procedure
Once a request has been selected, the typical manufacturing process is as follows:
Choice of devices to be manufactured
In the list of manufacturing requests (manufacturing menu), you can choose which item you’re going to manufacture. Once selected, this request will be assigned to you and will be visible in your profile.
First meeting
The maker contacts the recipient and arranges a first meeting, where possible. The purpose of this first meeting is to get to know each other, to validate existing information, to take or repeat measurements if necessary, and to offer the recipient the choice of colors. For simple objects, this step is not essential, or can be done over the phone or by video.
Manufacturing
Depending on your experience and complexity, you may choose to build an intermediate prototype, or to build the final device directly. Most of the items in our catalogs are simple to build.
Discount
If the recipient is close enough, you meet him/her to hand over the requested items. If it’s difficult to meet them, you can send them by post.
End of project
Once the object has been delivered, you need to close the project in your profile. Click on “Manage project” and change the project status to “Object completed and delivered”.
Quality
Any choice of options (material, printing parameters, etc.) must be the result of a dialogue between e-Nable France, the recipient and the maker.
The choice must always be made to optimize comfort and usability for the recipient.
You undertake to have at least one discussion with the recipient and e-Nable France on this subject before starting the manufacturing process.
In the event of disagreement, e-Nable France will make the final decision on the choices to be made.
If you have never made the model you have finally chosen, you must have your design validated by e-Nable France before presenting it to the recipient. We recommend that you make a prototype and keep it for future reference.

Force majeure
If you have a major problem that forces you to stop production, let us know at contact@e-nable360.fr, and we’ll give priority to finding a maker to take over your project.
Free of charge
You agree not to ask for any form of compensation from the recipient. For certain devices, the association may provide you with specific tools or materials that cannot be 3D printed.
Privacy
The information transmitted to you is personal health data. We have the consent of the recipient to share it with you. You agree not to share it with anyone else, and to delete it when the project is finished. If you ask for advice from other makers, you will only communicate the recipient’s first name, never any other information.

Security
You undertake never to meet an under-age recipient alone, and to organize meetings preferably in public places. If the recipient is under the care of a healthcare professional, you will ask him or her to be involved in the project. When manufacturing the device, you will always give priority to the safety and comfort of the user.
Question
If you have any questions about the type of device, its scaling or manufacture, or if you have any difficulties with the recipient, don’t hesitate to write to us at contact@e-Nable360.fr, or to exchange with the Makers community via social networks.
Communication
We never show photos of the recipient’s disability; photos are always taken with the equipped camera. If the recipient has given their permission, photos taken at the time of delivery can be used to communicate on social networks.
e-Nable France is the first to communicate. After delivery, you send us the photos and we let you make the first communication.
Try to take a photo where the recipient’s hands are clasped together with fingers drawing a heart. It’s a bit of our trademark and makes for very pretty photos 🙂
